อัพเดตภาพเกม The House of the Dead : Overkill ใหม่ๆ ตัวเกมในภาคนี้พัฒนาโดย Studio Headstrong Games จากลอนดอนซึ่งจะลงให้กับเครื่อง Wii แบบ Exclusive และมีกำหนดวางจำหน่ายปี 2009
ตัวเกมในภาคนี้จะได้ Agent G กลับมาเป็นตัวเอกอีกครั้ง โดยเนื้อเรื่องจะอยู่ที่ตั้งแต่สมัยเขาได้รับงานมอบหมายแรกใน AMS academy ซึ่งเขาถูกส่งตัวไปค้นหาความจริงเรื่องลึกลับกับนักสืบจาก Washington ที่เมืองเล็กๆเมืองหนึ่ง ชื่อ Louisiana ซึ่งน้อยคนนักที่จะรู้ว่ามีสิ่งที่ไม่น่าจะเรียกมันว่า สิ่งมีชีวิต ซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยเลือด กำลังรอคอยพวกเขาอยู่ใน Bayou City...
